Do I need a background check to buy a firearm?
Yes. Every firearm sold at forgottenweapons.us must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in your state. The FFL dealer conducts the federal NICS background check before you can take possession of your firearm.
Can a firearm be shipped directly to my home?
No. Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer near you. Select your preferred FFL dealer during checkout and we will ship to them for the legal transfer.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrency. All available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For large orders, please contact us directly.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders process in 1–3 business days. Shipping to your chosen FFL dealer typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return or refund policy?
Once a firearm has been transferred through an FFL dealer, it cannot be returned. Non-firearm items (accessories, tactical gear, apparel) may be returned within 30 days unused and in original packaging. Visit our Returns page for full details.
Are there items I cannot legally purchase in my state?
Certain products are restricted by state or federal law. NFA items such as suppressors and short-barreled rifles require ATF Form 4 approval. We do not ship prohibited items to restricted states. Check your local laws before purchasing.
